A Trip of Relief
May 21, 2008 10:28 pm UncategorizedI feel as though I should blog and I know that I want to blog, so what then is the problem. The problem is not only the ever mounting weight of the eyelids coupled by the over present nagging of the work, placed directly behind this blog, staring through the page. Why is that? Why can one not take a single break. Not just a single break. An innocent, non-committal break. A time where the brain stops thinking about work and starts thinking about……. hmmm……Denmark! But again, Why? Well, I’m very glad that you have inquired. Simply for the fact that Denmark is apparently the happiest place in the world to live. This I will have to check out for myself. Those up for the trek, just let me know. Until next time, think, eat and sleep ……happiness.

Well you may not be too far off the mark with Denmark. Iceland, a former Danish possession, is one of the happiest places on earth… at least according to Eric Weiner in his new book, “The Geography of Bliss.” I might also add that Bhutan and Qatar are among the happiest places on earth. I don’t think Disney made the list.
