July 30, 2008 7:41 am UncategorizedThere are many interesting things to see in a Chicago summer. There are tons of festivals, parks to walk through and people to watch. Not all of them provide the same form of entertainment. Don’t get me wrong, they are all incredibly fun, but some provide more EV (entertainment value) than others. For example, nothing can quite liven up a normal, everday drive home like looking off to the side of the road and seeing a guy walk down the street in a sundress and holding a satchel. Yeah, that’s right, I said it…Satchel.
